For 25 years my world has been steeped in exploration of emotional, physical, and spiritual health. With a proclivity for compassion and nuance, I joyfully work with others to uncover their hopes and fears, and to overcome barriers and blockages.

Through intuition and curiosity (and a healthy dose of laughter!) we will work together to navigate the crooked path of life, bringing light to the dark, and respecting everything we meet along the way.
